[Maracas Beach a 2016 photo]

with every gust of wind
an old plastic bag in the street
tumbling tumbling

an old plastic bag in the street
travels the way of a wayfarer
is this freedom i muse

tumbling tumbling
without a doubt this age old song
waves at the beach

Chèvrefeuille's Gift #6 gust of wind

Chèvrefeuille gave us the line " with every gust of wind" and he asked that we create a haiku with this first line and then, have created it, create a Troiku with it.

I loved "Is this freedom, I muse" and then the comparison of the tumbling to the waves and wild freedom of the ocean. Very nice!
